This is a simple filter for normalizing the post process filter so that people with not so perfect tvs, and not so perfect viewing conditions can get an all around presence of the game. You may want to level your tv setting out so that the adjustments(color, contrast, etc.) are not too high, as this is a normalizing filter effect. for an example i keep my settings as follows, contrast: 65/100brightness: 44/100color: 44/100tint:0sharpness: 7/10with all color enhancements off. IE. When the track is loading, my loading screen is an illuminated black, not washed out grayIf you can find an easy optimization you desire for a normalizing effect comment below.
