Finally, after only 7 years, Ford Anglias arrived in GTL. And after only another 3 years on they get an update...Anglias have featured in Motorsport in all sorts of classes and guises throughout the 60's and 70's (and beyond...) and i've tried to make a varied selection of car's that are typical of that era. Of the 13 cars included all are real except #24 and are mainly 997's with a 1200 and three Twin Cams thrown in. This is a conversion of Sharpo's car originally released for Rally Trophy and is based around the Lotus Cortinas but with changes to engines, gearboxes and weights.There's two body Templates and a Genstring guide included for anyone wanting to build their own: There's no shortage of subjects out there to paint...There's no known issues other than the LCD Timer is not working on one of my installs but it's been fine on the others so i think that's a problem my end.To install, unpack the rar file to a temporary folder, open up 'FORD_ANGLIA_UPDATE' and copy the 'GameData' folder into your main GTL install and click 'Yes' to 'Overwrite?'All the cars will appear in TC65. The 997's are tied to the Abarth 1000 TC, the 1200's are tied to the Mini Coopers and the Twin Cam's are paired with the Lotus Cortinas.# VERSION 1.00: This newest version adds a 'bubble arched' body option which was a popular mod with the Anglia's in the late sixties and seventies and includes two new car's: Mike Chittenden's 185bhp Twin Cam and John McDonald's 1ltr BRM engined racer.There's also four new wheel sets and a couple of small fixes but all addon cars should work as before.
